Description
- Have to take responsibility of at least 1.50 million pcs marketing per month.
- Lead the merchandising and production team to perform right time shipment with proper quality as required by buyer.
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining the existing client base.
- Takers responsibility for Business development in New Market.
- Leading and managing a team of at least 20 merchandisers, and ensure proper efficiency of all team members.
- Capable of coordinating with production team in order to deliver on time shipment of orders.
- Capable of coordinating with planning manager to determine delivery schedule and sequence of production execution.
- In-depth knowledge of fabrics, trims and accessories.
- Capable of sourcing fabrics, trims and accessories locally and internationally.
- Work closely with quality team to ensure best final product, and monitor all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of production.
- Smooth and efficient correspondence and communication with buyers, locally as well as internationally.
- Capable of preparing costing sheets and pricing of knit garments.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/BBA/ Masters from any reputed university.
- Marketing background will be given preference.
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- 15 year(s) in marketing to knit Garments & at least 10 years in a position of similar responsibility.
- Must be capable for 1 million piece marketing per month as per company’s product trend and price level.
- Knowledge of textile and apparel industry principles, in particular merchandising.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good Computer Knowledge.
- Fluent in Bengali and English both oral and written.
