Description
- Look after the overall administration of the factory.
- To manage Each & every Administrative works as well as works associated with Factory Human Resource Development.
- Should be responsible for every kind of Managerial & Factory Office Operations.
- Should maintain the disciplinary tasks as per company instructions.
- Coordinate with Head Office Admin & Managerial works.
- Ensuring Administrative Service like worker management, office asset management, cleanliness, hygiene & safety.
- Prepared and ensure daily factory attendance, overtime.
- Prepared monthly attendance, overtime report and properly distribute factory salary.
- Preparation of payment schedule for monthly Salary & TA-DA to ensure disbursement to employee through cash.
- Maintain Daily Petty Cash Book, General Ledger and Daily Ledger in written book.
- Ensure and update day to day withdrawal and payment for petty cash book and vendor(s).
- All vouchers are prepared in professional manners with all needed supporting documents and have approvals from the proper authority on daily basis without fail.
- To prepare daily and weekly budget cash flow for smoothly ran factory and delivery section.
- Ensure the internet facilities in office, timely provide utilities bill, stationeries facilities, entertainment facilities. Carry out any additional duties or other tasks as advised or assigned by the higher management.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Administration, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Administration
- Skills Required: Admin and Accounts
