QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• • Education: Graduate Degree holder with minimum of 3 years suitable experience in facilities or hotel housekeeping management and at least 1 year of supervisory role
  • Solid understanding of COSHH, OHSAS, and Quality Management
  • Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming
  • Maintains positive interaction and good working relationships.
  • Provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Willing to participate in training courses to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • Demonstrates teamwork, initiative and ownership
  • Possess problem solving and decision making skills
  • Good Supervisory, Planning and Leadership skills
  • Attention to details
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Ability to act quickly and appropriately in an emergency
  • Good knowledge of standard applications MS Outlook, word, Excel and PowerPoint.

1. 1. 1. Bachelor Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
      2. 6 years of work experience in the construction industry as a practising engineer.
      3. 3 years of which is in a senior or managerial position.
      4. 2 years of which is in the operations and maintenance of Infrastructure Assets.in the U.A.E. or the G.C.C.
      5. Computer skills running program, MS Windows Office, MS Word, Excel & Autocad.
