Description
- Implement the operational strategies and procedure according to the company policy.
- Follow up & checking the import indents as per requirement of respective department on the basis of lead time & after justifying the stock level.
- Strong technical knowledge in Store system & its SOP and policy making.
- Must have the ability to supervise, monitoring, motivating and inspire team members.
- Overseeing & Maintaining accurate receive and issue records of all materials, inventory taking, and quality checking as per procedure.
- Make sure controlling the flow of material and keep costs and other overhead within the limit or actual required.
- Monitoring warehouse activities to ensure the goods are stored correctly, safely, retrieval and timely delivery.
- Follow up the Shipment status in consultation with Concern Department & liaison with Commercial Department for Shipment in time and liaison with Factory team to maintain optimum stock level.
- Effective communicate with Merchandiser/supplier for getting update information of materials status.
- Monitor Issuing materials against approval requisition and ensure control through established internal control procedure.
- Create daily reports to control the key critical areas of the stock system and address any discrepancy.
- Any other task assigned by management as and when required.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters in any subject from reputed University.
- Diploma/ Certificate in supply chain management will get preference.

- Age 30 to 40 years

- Able to work under pressure & long time and complete the task within a preset time frame.
- Must have the ability to supervise, monitoring, motivating and inspire team members.
- Must have computer literacy and operate ERP software.
