Description
- Managing Clients’ Accounts, Dispute Handling, Sound Customer Service, Compliance of Laws and Regulations
- Provide professional services for a wide range of General Banking related products to address customers’ different services and financial needs
- Handling customer complaints properly and performing necessary investigation
- Ensure daily reports are done accurately and on timely basis
- Monitor high risk-based customer periodically
- Achieve set targets in terms of procurement of deposit and selling cards
- Help to create a working environment where customer can get best attention and service
- Ensuring compliances of Regulatory requirements and operational guidelines of the Bank in day to day operations
- Sufficient knowledge of customer services/ general banking operations, policies and procedures
- Productive, proactive and positive attitude.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Masters in Business Background is preferred from any reputed university (UGC approved) with no 3rd Class/Division
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General Banking
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 40 years
- Minimum 3 years working experience in reputed banks with minimum 2 years’ experience in general banking/ customer services area.
- Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment.
