To support its expansion, the Bank invites application from the highly competent and eligible candidates for immediate appointment in the following positions:
• Position will be offered to the deserving candidates on the basis of experience and competence.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Architectural Engineer with 3D intelligent modeling process combined with architecture, engineering and construction professionals responsible for efficient plan, design, construct and manage building and infrastructure projects.
• Assessment/appraisal of the projects, project buildings or any other constructions which has been constructed/to be constructed with the Bank finance.
• Analysis of detailed drawings, layout plans and schedules and estimating the cost of the construction and engineering works required.
• Making expert assessments of selected sites for construction, evaluating the structural, environmental and commercial feasibility of future projects.
• Submission of assessment/appraisal report of the project to the concerned authority for facilitating the decision making process.
• Modify and prepare construction drawings during design development phase.
• Periodic monitoring of site activities to ensure that project is being operated according to planned schedules and budgets as and when required.
• Carry out other responsibilities as may be required time to time by the competent authority.

Educational Requirements

Master/Bachelor of Architecture from any reputed university having no 3rd class in any academic records. The candidate must be computer literate.

At least 5 year(s)

Job Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Minimum 05 years’ practical experience in the following area(s): Designing, Planning, Operation & Maintenance, Project Management, Drafting, Auto CAD. Candidates having prior experience with Banks will be given preference.
• Excellent graphical representation skill.
• Good 3D visualization and rendering skill.
• Should have experience in Photoshop rendering.
• Have the passion about green architecture.
