Description

• Supervision of total project development including all physical infrastructure, installation, commissioning, expansions etc.
• All kinds of regulatory, Authority, Autonomous, relevant govt, semi govt and private company affairs.
• Make proper communication and build good relationship with those bodies.
• Addressing employee grievances and ensure that the overall morale of the workmen at various location is of high order.
• Ensure congenial “industrial relations” at factory.
• Workers policy and manual.
• Addressing workers grievances and ensure that the overall moral of the worker at various location is of high order.
• Contract labor as well as external environment management and maintaining all statutory compliance under factory and labor laws.
• Workers recruitment in coordination with HR.
• Statutory/non-statutory welfare benefits implementation.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and monitor Training & Development activities as per TNA.
• Maintain worker motivation, mentoring, counseling and discipline.
• Carryout disciplinary procedure and grievance handling in line with HR practices.
• Workers performance appraisal.

Educational Qualification:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Preferred Masters from reputed university
• Excellent academic background (no second/third division in academic career)

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Administration, Economic Zone, Project Management/ Co-ordinator

Additional Requirements
