- Minimum Seven years’ experience in Electronics goods (Gas Stove, Microwave & Electric Oven, Ceiling fan, Charger fan, Pedestal/Stand fan, Air Cooler, High Speed fan, Rice cooker, Multi cooker, Pressure cooker, Room Heater, Water Filter & Purifier, Iron, Kettle, Blender, Juicer, Toaster, Sandwich Maker, Hand Mixer, Sales & Marketing is preferred.
- The person will have work as a team member and should have the capacity to work for sales & marketing with target achievement.
- Division:
- 1. Rajshahi Division: – Bogra, Sirajgonj, Pabna, Natore, Rajshahi, Chapai, Naogoan, Joypurhat.
- 2. Khulna Division: – Khulna, Satkhira, Jessore, Norail, Jhinaidah, Magura, Chuadanga, Meherpur, Kustia.
- Sales Volume and market share for assigned territory.
- Managing Dealer business to ensure profitability/viability.
- Sales process implementation, Training and auditing all dealer processes.
- Responsible for Dealer, Customer and sales satisfaction in the Area.
- Understanding customer needs and developing potential customers.
- Maintaining relationship with final customers.
- Keep abreast of market developments, competitor activities and Provide feedback to management.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor/ Masters in any subject/ BBA/MBA Major in Marketing from any reputed university.
