• Ability to deliver day to day production operations of the plant successfully.
• Ability to provide policies and procedures related to different functions such as production, maintenance, Quality Assurance, procurement stores safety, etc. within the plant.
• Ability to develops and manages production schedules to meet volume, cost and quality goals
• Encourages and promotes operations in a continuous improvement environment.
• Ensures linearity in production to achieve smooth execution and to improve the product quality.
• Ensures appropriate purchase of materials, planning of the inventory and ensuring SCM efficiency.
• Ensure safe operations and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interact with the customers across various levels as needed and represents the organization during customer visits for Factory Acceptance Tests.
• Ability to contribute towards the achievement of Company’s strategic and operational objectives.
• Ability to implement suitable productivity, cost and quality improvement initiatives and Management systems.
• Ability to adopt industrial engineering practice in every possible area for maximum productivity and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
• Ability to plan and execute the coming order by managing capacity both inside and outside of the organization and estimate the future work load, set strategic plan to execute and give necessary directives to concern department.
• Ability to apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes staff requirements and production standards.
• Ability to analysis statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
• Ability to regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations.
• Ability to manage the production for achieving production, plan target/efficiency in accordant with laid down quality norms.
• Ability to setting up production target & achieving the same within time and cost parameters.
• Ability to carried out effective cost control for the plant.
• Ability to draw the management structure issues clear job descriptions with key responsibilities
