Description
- Oversee entire function of a fully export oriented Sweater manufacturing factory
- Plan, coordinate, organize and control of the total productions
- Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments
- Deliver/Ship on time with acceptable quality
- Manage worker for ensuring smooth productivity
- Contact suppliers to verify shipment details
- Manage ware house for convenience and security of raw material and finished goods
- Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures and increase productivity.
- Confer with department supervisors and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes
- Ensure supply of fabrics, accessories etc
- Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine and material for optimum productivity
- Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency
- Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero Non Conformity (NC)
- Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Masters from any reputed institution
Employment Status:
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Having capability to run independently a Sweater Factory inside Adamjee EPZ
- Should have fair knowledge of Administration, Sweater Production of EPZ laws
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
- Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure
- Minimum 15 year(s) where 2 years as a Factory In-Charge (Sweater)
Experience:
- 10 to 15 year(s)
