Description

• Plan, coordinate, organize and control of the total productions.
• Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments.
• Deliver/Ship on time with acceptable quality.
• Manage worker for ensuring smooth productivity.
• Contact suppliers to verify shipment details.
• Manage ware house for convenience and security of raw material and finished goods.
• Direct & control overall Compliance issue of the factory.
• Be well conversant with Accord/Alliance standard & requirements, NBC, NFPA etc.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
• Handle buyer on Compliance issue and keep factory compliant.
• Ensure appropriate recruitment and maintain required Machine-Man Ratio.
• Prepare & ensure written job responsibilities of all concerned.
• Capable to run the factory independently on Profit & Loss basis.
• Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time

Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Masters from any reputed institution

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

• Age 40 to 50 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Willing to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure
• Minimum 10 year(s) where at least 2 years as Factory Head. Retired Defense Service Officers of Major or above may also apply with related experience or without experience
