Description
- Reception duties, including answering incoming calls.
- Processes expenses and invoices, both on paper and online
- Collect expense statements from technicians and prepare payment advice, vouchers
- Invoicing and bill collection
- Monitor and maintain inventories – update ERP software
- Manage office administrative expenses
- Prepare Files and archives customer records – update online service reports
- Be point-of-contact for on-field technicians and communicate with Chief Executive Officer or Directors
- Manage HR department – staff payroll record keeping and disbursements
- Communicate with customers on service feedback, complains, bill collection
- Provides administrative support for the directors as needed
Educational Qualification:
- Education qualification of at least a Bachelor Degree in any subject
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 38 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Both verbal and written capability in English
- Appropriate Mathematical skills and some Accounting knowledge for record keeping and data entry
- Prior experience is not mandatory for suitable candidates; however, those with any previous work experience mention details in CV
