Description
Strategy
- Formulate execute and manage cash strategy
- Launch cash management products
- Drive segment development strategy to maximize product penetration
- Work on operating model that would optimize delivery of the strategy
Business
- Accountable for country Cash Management business, its revenue and costs
- Management of country functional teams to achieve specific targets
- Responsible for direct management of cash sales/product/implementation team to ensure their delivery of functional financial targets
- Manage cash strategy including investment, appropriate governance and oversight
- Represent the cash business at ALCO as and when invited
- Own and develop portfolio of major client relationships(sales led role)
- Act as the key end to end focal point for cash performance
People and Talent
- Responsible for recruiting and managing staff in cash business in line with operating model
- Provide effective leadership to promote sustainable high quality business performance through coaching, guidance. Identify and address major issues for performance improvement
- Drive an environment of collaboration so that issues are raised and blockages are resolved
- Develop succession plan.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 08 to 10 years relevant experience, depending on the rank applied for.
Education Requirement:
- Four Years Graduation or a Masters in relevant discipline with no third division/class in any exam.
In case of exceptionally capable candidates the recruitment panel may relax the required criteria to some extent.
