Description
- Responsible for the management of operational issues of Deposit Marketing Executive (DME) team
- Coordinate with HRD regarding new member hiring, separation, training, leave & attendance and any other disciplinary issues
- Maintain proper MIS and ensure providing business data/information on demand
- Maintain business record and calculate incentive as per policy
- Monitor the performance trend record of Deposit Marketing Executive and update Group Leader/Line Manager for necessary action
- Ensure sales governance and compliance with Bank and local regulatory policies
- Perform any other tasks as and when required by the Management
Requirement for the position
- 4 years Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from UGC approved university having no 3rd division
- Minimum 3/4 years’ experience in similar exposure in banking sector
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Age limit 35 years but may be relaxed for experience and deserving candidate
