Description
- Quality Production planning & reporting
- Responsible for overall effective functioning of spinning machines and to achieve higher productivity and better quality.
- Maintaining the machines as per standards and making improvements in the process to achieve higher targets.
- Having through knowledge in quality, maintenance and process control parameters.
- Process development & process management.
- Mixing cost optimization & raw cotton management.
- Quality & Machine parameters optimization for any new lot.
- Wastage optimization & management
- Product quality related spare parts optimum utilization.
- Market complaints attend complaint analysis & propose corrective action.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc in Textile Engineering & Technology / Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Educational qualification will be relaxed for the candidates who have high experience in spinning mills industry.
