Description
- Responsible for timely and quality implementation of the project plan.
- Capacity development of project staffs.
- Guide and support project staffs and resilience volunteers to implement program intervention effectively.
- Organize meeting, training, workshop and orientation etc at district, Upazila and union levels
- Supervise all field level activities to ensure that all staffs are working according to the project work plan. S/he will be responsible for district level coordination to ensure community and administration’s buy-in; provide systematic feedback for smooth implementation of program activities in all the targeted Unions and Upazilas.
- Responsible for supporting the preparation and full implementation of the Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Plan)
- Responsible for timely reporting (narrative, financial and MEAL) and ensuring environmental, quality control and administrative/ financial compliance of the donor.
- Responsible for program planning (annual, quarterly and monthly plans), implementation, budgeting, financial management, staff management, report writing and monitoring & evaluation.
- Any other tasks assigned by management
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree in any discipline; preference will be given to post graduate degree in Social Science and/or Development Studies.
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 50 years
- At least 7 years’ working experience in any National/International NGO; and at least 05 years’ experience in similar position, particularly in Health, resilience & Climate change project
- Clear understanding on Health, resilience & CCA and Gender based violence (GBV)
- Integrating women empowerment and leadership, youth, private sector, market engagement and financial inclusion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Computer skill on MS word, excel, power point, virtual communication (zoom, teams etc.) and others.
