শিক্ষানবিশকাল ৬ মাস। শিক্ষানবিশকালে স্বল্পসুদে মোটরসাইকেল ক্রয়ের ঋণ ও মোটরসাইকেলের জ¦ালানী, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ব্যয় এবং স্থায়ীকরণের পর বাৎসরিক ইনক্রিমেন্ট, প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড, পেনশন স্কীম, গ্রাচ্যুইটি, বছরে দুইটি উৎসব ভাতা ও বৈশাখী ভাতা প্রদত্ত হবে। এছাড়াও দূরত্ব ভাতা, উৎসাহ ভাতা, হাওড় ভাতা ও শহর ভাতা (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে) প্রদত্ত হবে।
