• Processing a proforma invoice
• Sending sales contract to buyer for confirmation
• Placing job order to factory
• Following up production by consulting with factory cord
• Factory visit when needed
• Arranging shipping line
• Determine depot for product stuffing
• Compare freight rates by getting quotes from different shipping lines
• Provide delivery order to factory
• Follow up staffing
• Get shipment advice from respective shipping line
• Submit SI through website (as per shipping line’s facility)
• Inform buyers’ about shipment
• Prepare doc as per customs requirement of destination port.
• Receive payment form buyer
• Send required docs to buyer thought telex release or courier.
• Handle other issues after shipment for customs clearance if needed.
• Take initiatives to solve any emerging issues.
• Cost calculation of products.
• Freight calculation.
• Offer and price negotiation with buyers.
• Any other job assigned by the management.
