Responsibilities & Context
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Officer in Admin Section only for Night Shift in HR, Admin & Compliance Department at a 100% Export Oriented Sweater Manufacturing Factory.
- Duty Hours: 7 pm to 5 am.
- Job Location will be South Salna, Gazipur.
- Ensure Tiffin distribution properly.
- Checking all delivery In & Out goods pass & register, visitor register, staff In & Out register, shift security attendance register etc.
- Manager loaders, prompt loading and unloading by the loaders, and ensure no delay loading and unloading.
- Ensure all night shift workers are following the rules and regulations of the production floor.
- Visiting factory areas, checking factory area’s administrative issues, following up housekeeping & cleaners, signing night bills, etc.
- Taking necessary steps if there is any kind of emergency situation.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management
