Description
- Achieving Company objectives along with retail coverage, territory volume and value target through Company sales force, distributors Monitoring and ensuring lifting according to plan.
- Administer field sales team (Sales Officer / DSR/Third Party Field Force) of assigned sales area in a proper manner which ensures individual growth and target achievement.
- Communicate with SR and prepare daily attendance report.
- Maintain daily tour plan.
- Sales and stocks register check and prepare report.
- Ensuring product delivery regularly, according sales order.
- Guide and provide filed training to SR.
- Prepare daily sales report.
- Motivating the Distributors & Sales Personal.
- Creating strong Distribution Channel.
- Identify new distributors, dealers in assigned area.
- Maintain continuous connection with dealers and your retailers.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree in any discipline
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (ASM) in any food company.
- Energetic and determined to develop career in Sales and Marketing will get preference.
- Understanding the basics of sales & distribution within the area sales of Consumer food & FMCG
- Strong analytical ability & leadership quality.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- Multi-tasking ability & capability to handle pressure.
- Strong Negotiation skill to manage team members.
- Ready and willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
