YOUR MISSION:

Consolidated solutions across 2 product divisions (FTW/ APP)

• Distribute and educate operational framework to factory partners (Shipping Instructions, Packaging and Labeling Instructions)
• Establish internal policies and guidelines and ensure follow-up of team and suppliers.
• Align Order Fulfillment between FTW/ APP / ACC

On time inquiry resolution and best practice ideas

• Optimize the logistics / shipment process
• Improve operations system and process incl. data integrity (Delivery performance & LCSD update)
• Decide / provide solutions for exceptional cases

Team support & Collaborations

• Assist Manager to complete tasks, projects and deadlines with swift and correct info
• Work with LSPs and GTN to ensure smooth operation process

YOUR TALENT:

• 5 to 7 years+ Logistics experience
• Batchelor degree
• Confidence to deal with suppliers and external stakeholders (3PL, Customers etc.)
• Good communication skills (English)
• Change agent
