- Develop map of potential customers.
- Development of effective marketing tools.
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
- Formulation of a flexible marketing plan where sale and leasing of industrial plot can be regulated.
- Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
- Origination of own Unique Selling Proposition (USP) to accelerate the marketing.
- Visit prospective selective customers for personal selling
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influences and key strategic partners.
- Directs market channel development activity
- Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
- Visit potential customers for direct sales.
Educational Qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
