Description
- Responsible to achieve revenue targets as per yearly business plan.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying external prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Design & implement weekly/monthly/quarterly sales plan
- Take part in events and expos to promote services and gather sales leads.
- Collaborate with Robi enterprise business and any managed services to ensure sales and client acquisition.
- Act as a marketing communication consultant for the clients
- Develop strategic partnerships with large conglomerate/agencies for taping high volume campaigns
- Explore untapped markets by continuous visits throughout all the clusters/regions
Academic Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree from a reputed university. An MBA is preferred, but not essential.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a sales and marketing role at a reputed organization, preferably in digital sales and marketing at a technology based/advertising organization.
- Strong in oral and written communication skills in both English and Bengali
- Fantastic presentation capabilities
- Ability to convince and negotiate to get desired results
- Well-networked in media and advertising industries
- Ability to work well beyond the call of duty with limited resources and time
- Lastly, tenacity and passion for a career in the Digital Industry
- Strong understanding in mobile, digital & analytics business
- Technical talent in adtech platforms
- Females are encouraged to apply
