Description
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyse market data to develop informed strategies for business development.
- Identify and target potential clients, fostering relationships with doctors, consultants, psychologists, occupational therapists to generate new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with consultants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business through regular visits at their institute and private chambers.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Identify key areas for growth and propose innovative strategies to capture market share.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align business development efforts with overall organisational objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, including sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with agencies to develop and implement digital strategies for lead generation and brand promotion. Good rapport with local community, community clubs and government agencies to ensure smooth operations.
- Must achieve sales targets set by the supervisor
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
Experience Requirements
1-3 years of working experience in business development/marketing/sales/communication at Pharma/private hospitals/digital health/diagnostic centre/corporate sales is preferred.
Additional Requirment
- Strong communication abilities in speaking and writing, both in Bengali and English.
Challenging attitude and proven ability to achieve and exceed set targets.
Digital marketing knowledge and experience will be considered an extra advantage.
