Salam Steel Concast Re-Rolling Mills Madanpur Unit Ltd. (SCRM-2) The leading manufacturer of MS rebar & sectional items in the country, is looking for a “Manager, Sales – Section Items.”
- Drive sales of section items through existing team members of the reinforcement bar.
- Allocate Sales and Collection targets among team members and ensure their achievement.
- Coordinate with production, distribution, logistics and sales support for adherence to SOP and operational excellence.
- Promote Our Brand, Market survey/ Market research with extensive field visits & find out potential clients
- Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
- Must be capable of applying credit control policy.
- Should have a strong analysis of competitors’ activities,
- Any other task that the management may assign to you.
Requirements
Experience
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers;
- Being able to ride a Motorcycle or drive a Car with a valid driving License will be treated as an added advantage;
- Proficient in English & Bengali;

- Good computer literacy, especially in MS Office;
- Good communication & negotiation skills,
