Description
- To maintain networking infrastructure, hardware components, and software systems.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications as necessary.
- Provide technical support to all users, ensuring seamless operation of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Address user queries and issues related to networking, internet connectivity, and various ICT devices promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor network usage and implement user permissions and passwords to ensure data security.
- Keep workstations and servers updated with the latest Windows patches and updates.
- Participate in managing network security solutions to safeguard company data.
- Provide training and guidance to users with varying levels of IT proficiency.
- Replace hardware components as needed to maintain optimal performance.
- Ensure smooth operation and usage of Tally software across relevant departments.
- Deploy LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including routers, switches, and other networking hardware.
- Prioritize company interests and security in all IT activities, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Any other job assigned by the management.
