Description
- Prepare monthly action plan at the beginning of the months and achieved as per the target (Purpose of borrower’s selection, membership increase, loan disbursement, savings collection, OD collection etc.).
- Selecting the right borrowers by visiting their house, cross verify the mortgaged premises, collecting proper information from the neighbors.
- Physical verification of project and legal ownership of the project.
- Oversee the guarantor following the selection process and completing all the procedures related to the loan.
- Ensure loan instalment as the schedule date
- Regular borrower’s follow-up.
- Follow up current loan scheme.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters/Honors in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
