Description
- Managing Overall Business Operations of the Country
- Supervising all the departments such as Merchandising, Operations, QA, Finance, HR etc.
- Overall P&L responsibility for the Country.
- People Management, ensure compliance to the local laws
- Responsible for Production Planning , Quality control systems & Technical support
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge will be highly appreciable
- Follow up and make sure the availability of required machines, attachments and manpower on time as per the style feeding plan.
- Having the ability to understand the importance and the relevance of Industrial Engineering activities.
- Should be adequately knowledgeable to be able to do machine layout planning, time & motion study etc.
- Follow the process & procedures of buyers.
- Advice factory/ production/ quality team on fabric, production, quality etc. related technical issues as efficient/ experienced trouble shooter.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline from any reputed university & must be known as strong written and spoken Pilipino language
Employment Status:
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Experience in same field
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Buying House, Garments , Textile
- Should have good command of spoken and written English & Pilipino
- Must be skilled in use of computer (Excel & e-mail).
- The Candidate must have sound knowledge on All types of Knit – Woven garment fabrics, yarn, trims and accessories.
- Self-motivated and responsible.
- Proven track record of handling reputed buyers.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Age: Age 25 to 45 years
Job Location: Dhaka
