Description

• Establish initial contact with clients,
• Support Head of Sales & Marketing / Director in the process of getting business from clients.
• Establish contact and get orders from clients to meet the sales target set for the period.
• Ensure timely collection of payment from small-sized customers.
• Resolve and escalate where necessary issues pertaining to customers.
• Maintain relationship with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Support the process of sales and collections forecast for customers.
• Provide sales data and MIS as required on timely basis.
• Prepare & maintain regular Market report, Proper follow up for existing and new client.
• Regular market visit, maintain strong relationship with the (Corporate, Modern trade,Retail) client.
• Coordinate with logistics for ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Coordinate with Accounts & Finance Department to communicate requisition for Customer Ledger / Accounts.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree in any discipline

Employment Status: Full-time
