Description
Front office executives are responsible for managing the front desk and reception area of an office. Serving as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, they are responsible for creating a great first impression of the company.
Managing the reception area and ensuring the office is neat and tidy. Greeting and welcoming clients, customers and visitors courteously and professionally. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member/department. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Recording meeting minutes and dictations Taking care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organizing files and maintaining office supplies. Support in organizing meetings and events
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 22 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel). Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems.
