Description

• Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target;
• Preparing reconciliation report for each of the orders;
• Ensuring combined production report of fabric, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, finishing and shipment;
• Ensuring effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity;
• Prepare the Master cutting plan for the centralized cutting unit;
• Capacity planning & forecasting, identify bottle necks in cutting process;
• Prepare the daily/weekly fabric inspection plans, fabric issuing plans;
• Monitor each style/order and ensure the correct PO’s are cut and loaded;
• Monitor & control daily/weekly cut work WIP and make sure sewing lines are fed without interruptions;
• Closely liaising with sewing planners, Merchandiwzers and ensure that the material flows are supported to execute plans.
• Any other assignments at the discretion of management.

Educational Qualification:Masters/B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (Major-Apparel Manufacturing Technology).

Job Nature: Full-time
