Description
- Monitoring all the works of subordinates.
- Overall safety, security matter & housekeeping of the factory.
- Deployment of security staff where necessary.
- Monitoring recruitment, Salary fixation, issuing appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.
- Maintaining all necessary documents, licenses, files, etc.
- Communication with BGMEA, Labor Office, Kolkarkhana Odhidoptor, FSCD, All Police Station, UP if needed.
- Monitoring All vehicle-related works like maintenance, schedule, Position of all types of license and certificates, BRTA, Accident, etc.
- Monitoring wastage goods.
- Preparing all kind of notice and office orders like Holiday notice, any notice on general affairs, Appointment letter, promotion letter, dismissal order etc.
- Preparing several kinds of bills including maternity benefit bills.
- Monitoring salary/wages payment.
- Ensure all kind of health & safety issues within the law & company policy.
- Developing and maintaining different HR policies under Labor Law, Buyers’ Code of Conducts, industry standards etc.;
- To have clear knowledge regarding recruitment, selection, training, promotion, increment, worker’s wages, salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.
- Manage HR functions including office time, leave management, Grievance Management and disciplinary functions effectively.
- Any other task by the Management.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum Graduation
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Factory HR Administration in Garments Industry
- 4 to 5 year(s) as Manager/ Assist Manager HR & Admin
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): RMG Sector.
- Handling any crisis situation effectively & efficiently.
- Correspondence all Govt. & Non Govt. office.
- Fire safety related work.
- Overall Admin & HR related work mostly outside related.
