Description
- Plan for efficient utilization, operation and maintenance activities and machinery to meet annual business plan
- Set targets & analyze operational performance data on product performance
- Organize and coordinate production to meet target/volume, deadline, cost and product standard conformity
- Plan effective utilization of resources, e.g. Manpower, Materials, Machines and Methods
- Identify and initiate corrective actions required on basis of process flow measurements and coordination for implementation
- Make necessary provision for the implementation of factory automation program
- Assist and guide Maintenance department for the preparation of preventive maintenance schedule and quick break-down maintenance
- Responsible for Technical And Financial audit and review for the Manufacturing Division
- Liaison HR department relating to deployment of right number of employees, Work distribution and/ or other HR related affairs
- Maintain liaison with Head Office and other relevant authorities (Internal and External)
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
-
- Master degree in Pharmacy/Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Bio Chemistry
- Minimum 15 years of experience, and at least 05 years experience in similar role
- Age at most 48 years but may be relaxed for exceptionally deserving candidates
- Good business sense
- The ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Good planning and organization skills
Salary Range: Negotiable
