Description
- To welcome all visitors, attend to their requirements, providing a courteous service, in order to portray a positive image of the company and respond to all telephone/faxes calls, incoming / outgoing mails
- Liaise with designated courier services, collect all bills, maintain necessary documentation and cross check against invoice received to ensure accuracy of details.
- Any other duties, as assigned by the management
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Computer Operator,Receptionist/ Front Desk,Secretary,Telephone Operator
