Description

• Identify the opportunities and develop new products, using data and insight to meet the consumer’s requirement Continually review, evaluate and enhance the current product offerings & formulations
• Maintain a portfolio of development projects, ensuring adherence to client timelines. Utilizing the knowledge of subject matter experts, managing and making best use of project resources and suppliers
• Implement strategic formulation development along with scale up transfers and regulatory submission batches for tablets (IR & ER) & capsules relevant to various regulatory guidelines such as US, EU, Canada, Brazil & South Africa
• Smart & thoughtful understanding on Reservior, Matrix Based tablets, Capsules, Pellets with respect to drug delivery by applying DoE, QbD, process scale-up & validation
• Proficiency in formulation development of Generic Solid Oral Dosage forms as Immediate Release, Modified Release, Novel Drug Delivery System (NDDS) products. Efficiently meet the regulatory requirements for US & EU market
• Efficiently handle the dosage forms like Tablets (Immediate Release, Control release, Delayed release, OROS etc.) & Capsules (Hard Gelatin Capsule & Soft Gelatin Capsule). Ensure the extensive use of PAT tool, PARSUM particle size analyzer in wuster coating projects

• M. Pharm in Pharmaceutics
• 10 years of relevant experience
• Candidate must possess excellent planning, execution & managerial skills as well as strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Well conversant with MS Office
• Within 40 years of age
