- Contribute in HR planning and facilitating recruitment process
- Conduct TNA, prepare training calendar and organize training & development programs
- Perform in formulating HR Policies in compliance with legal and regulatory framework
Organize & coordinate annual performance appraisal process - Manage database for attendance related matters
- Design, review, update organization’s organogram
Educational Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resource Management from any public university or reputed private university.
- PGDHRM will be an added advantage.
Job Nature: Full-time
Additional Requirements:
- Must have strong presentation & communication skill.
- Strong MS Excel competency.
- Relevant computer applications knowledge and familiar with HRIS applications.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years
