- সুনামধন্য সংস্থায় সঞ্চয় ও ঋণ কার্যক্রমে মাঠ পর্যায়ে সংশ্লিষ্ট পদে ১ বছরের কাজ করার বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
- কম্পিউটার চালনায় পারদর্শী হতে হবে। অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রাধিকার ভিত্তিতে বিবেচনা করা হবে।
- সকল পদের প্রার্থীগণকে বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স সহ নিজস্ব মোটরসাইকেল নিয়ে কর্মস্থলে যোগদান করতে হবে
- পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য কোন টি.এ/ডি.এ প্রদান করা হবে না।

- বেতন ও অন্যান্য সুবিধা: শিক্ষানবিশকালে সর্বসাকুল্যে= ১৯,৪০০/-( লাঞ্চ ভাতা ও মোবাইল ভাতা সহ/-), স্থায়ীকরণের পরে ২৪৩২৫/- (পিএফ, গ্রাচ্যুইটি, লাঞ্চ ভাতা ও মোবাইল ভাতা সহ/-)। এছাড়া সংস্থার লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জন করলে আকর্ষনীয় ইনসেনটিভ প্রদান করা হবে।
- সুযোগ সুবিধা: শিক্ষানবিশকাল (৬ থেকে ১২ মাস) শেষ হলে মূল্যায়নের ভিত্তিতে চাকুরি স্থায়ীকরণ করা হবে এবং সংস্থার নির্ধারিত স্কেলে বেতন, ও অন্যান্য সুবিধাদি প্রদান করা হবে ( যেমন-সকল পদের জন্য স্বল্প মূল্যে আবাসিক সুবিধা এবং সকল পদের জন্য ২টি উৎসব ভাতা, বৈশাখী ভাতা, বাৎসরিক ইনক্রিমেন্ট, কর্মী কল্যাণ সুবিধা, মোটর সাইকেল ঋণ ও জ্বালানী বিল ইত্যাদি)।
