Description

Supervising overall IT activities.
Installing and configuring computer systems, OS & apps, printers, scanners;
Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software & hardware faults;
Repairing equipment and replacing parts;
Installing antivirus protection;
Fixing network faults at user-end;
Talking to computer users to determine the nature of problems;
Providing assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software including printing, word processing, e-mail and operating systems;
Technical support for employees using the network;
Logging customer/employee queries;
Any other tasks assigned by the management & divisional head/reporting person.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering/EEE/ECE from any reputed Public/ Private University

Employment Status: Full-time

Should have strong reporting & presentation skill;
Strong analytical and communication skill;
Team work & Team commitment;
Ability to work under stress and pressure;
