TAMISHNA GROUP (est 1991) is a leading exporter of knitwear to various parts of the world, with vertically integrated production facilities in Bangladesh. Our factories are located in Tongi, on the outskirts of the capital city Dhaka, and consist of several multi-storied buildings owned and built by the company.
We have focused on creating a vertically integrated setup that includes in-house production of polyester sewing thread and polyester buttons, in-house printing, as well as in-house dyeing of cotton, cotton-acrylic, viscose, nylon yarn. It is by leveraging synergies across our group under the Tamishna brand that we produce high quality knitwear in the shortest possible lead times. The Tamishna brand currently consists of five units.

Description
- Coordination to resolve production issues and ensure smooth production flow
- Calculation of efficiency, time study, motion study and idle man machine hours.
- Analysis of labor cost, capacity planning & creation of production schedules.
- Develop most efficient ways to use people, machines, materials, information, and energy to make a product or service.
- Resolve production problems.
- Study and rearrange org charts, material flow, and operations sequence.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- Will consider candidates without B.Sc Ind Engineering if candidate displays adequate experience in sweater industry.
