Description
- This position is an integral part of the recruitment process for seven agencies and handles diverse crucial tasks for all eight agencies at Post. Position provides full range of HR services to American and FSN employees to a workforce of more than 700 employees in the Mission. Performs a variety of other administrative and management support duties in the Human Resources Office, serving both American personnel and Locally Employed Staff to ensure timely customer service.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts or Social Sciences is required. (You must attach a copy of your bachelor’s degree certificate along with your application form.)
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- 3 years of progressive responsibility in Administrative or Human Resources Management work is required.
- Level 4 (Fluent) Bangla and English Speaking/Reading/Writing is required. This may be tested.
- A detailed understanding of customer service and knowledge of Human Resources Management is required. Must know how to deal effectively with people and to organize and develop own work plans etc. Must be able to multitask. Must be aware of sensitivity required in dealing with HR issues.
- Must possess good computer skills including Windows-based applications (such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, Power Point etc.); Must be personable and tactful, but effective in dealing with local and American employees and possess good judgment. Must be able to handle issues with diplomacy and understanding with an interest in serving people to maintain smooth and effective working relationship with all mission personnel.
