Description

In-depth knowledge about Supply Chain Planning, Sourcing, Procurement, Manufacturing and distribution function of Supply Chain management.
Monitor and control the total supply chain process (product, fund and information flow) to increase efficiency and responsiveness of business.
Collect/gather regular market information like; Performance, price, delivery lead time, quality, reliability and competitiveness.
To Purchase against requisition within the specified time.
Collect Quotations from the respective sources and prepare Comparative Statement (CS) after negotiation.
Prepare and issue purchase order by taking proper approval from Club authority.
Collect Invoice/ bill, check with record, take approval and forward for payment to the accounts department.
Develop new vendors for direct (raw materials/Packing material) and indirect materials (Other than direct materials) and maintain contract with vendors for smooth purchase operation.
Generate report for day to day supply Chain activities and savings.
Prepare yearly spend budget and variance analysis against actual.
Generate Comparative statement based on financial and nonfinancial parameters and placement for management approval.
Develop preferred and approved vendor list and its maintenance activity.
Target oriented time and action plan for follow-up regularly.
Monitor purchase requisition to goods received and bill payment process.
Coordinate and maintain effective communication with all departments as well as vendor for delivering the goods in right time in right place.
Assisting in preparation & verification of purchase deeds and work orders

Educational Qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management

Employment Status: Full-time
