Description

• Support Accounts/Finance Team to process all kinds of payment as per World Vision Bangladesh rules & regulation and ensure Compliance with WVB policies and local Government Regulations.
• Support to ensure record keeping and documentation.
• Support to ensure Compliance of WVB finance and administrative policies, standard, procedure and Govt. VAT and Tax requirements.
• Prepare financial report to meet the standard within the time frame.
• Support to ensure Cash management for smooth operations.
• Ensure all vouchers are kept in file in a sequential manner.
• Prepare vouchers according to the policy and procedure.
• Assist Line Manager to prepare the monthly financial report.
• Assist Line Manager to prepare the cover memo and variance explanation.
• Assist Line Manager to prepare the bank reconciliation.

Educational Qualification:

• Essential] Bachelor Degree major in Finance or Accounting.
• [Preferable] Master Degree major in Finance or Accounting.

Employment Status: Internship

• Age 23 to 29 years
• Effective Communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven experience as a team player.
• Demonstrated collaboration & team building skills.
• Strong political awareness and judgment.
• Proven ability to write financial report.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ERP Software.
• Positive Attitude.
• Internal & External customer handling capacity.
• Self-Motivated.
• Good command in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Must be willing and able to travel 25%.
