Description
- Develop Strategic HR policy, Procedures & Guidelines in compliance with local laws & regulations and ensure its implementation
- Face social compliance audit from top international buyers including adidas, VF Asia, Uniqlo etc.
- Plan, communicate and implement corrective action plans.
- Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
- Human resource planning
- Ensure employees health-hygiene, safety and welfare.
- Ensure effective and efficient functioning of all HR functions including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation, industrial relationship, welfare, work environment safety and compliance etc.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Candidates ONLY from public university / top private university will be considered. May be relaxed for highly experienced and competent candidate.
- Skills Required: Compliance, Communication skills, Factory HR Administration, General HR, Industrial Relations, Labor Law
