Description
- Ensure compliance of all statutory issues in in pre and post IPO related preparation and activities;
- Build company capacity to compliance in accordance with the regularity requirements of SEC, DSE, CSE, BERC, RJSC and other regularity body and prepare relevant returns in consultation with the company secretary;
- Prepare replies to the queries as and when sought by the regulatory bodies in consultation with the company senior officials;
- Establish good fruitful relationship with the shareholders, regulatory bodies and liaise with other stakeholders as necessary;
- Assist in preparing Annual Budget of the Head of Finance;
- Assist Head of Finance in maintaining records and filing of documents in proper manner;
- Prepare draft policies/ procedures / manual pertaining operational activities in consultation with the Head of Finance.
- Overseeing policies, making sure they are kept up to date and referred to the appropriate authority for approval;
- Oversee the pre and post IPO related legal matters
- Carry out any other duties as directed by the Management from time to time
- Business Graduate – Accounting/ Finance/ Management other business subject or BBA/ MBA from any reputed University;
- Chartered Secretary degree from ICSB.
- CA partly qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
