Description
- Work on LECTRA or Optitex System
- Check the conformity (construction, style, fitting, specification, etc.)
- Create the pattern as per Buyer Specification and Design requirement
- Provide instructions to factories on pattern making/ grading, garment construction and sewing operations and find alternatives
- Monitor fit, measurements and workmanship according to the customer requirements, from Development to Production
- Execute Size Grading, Marker and Consumptions
- Execute Manual Patterns
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Graduation or Masters in Textile from reputed University
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the reputed Buying Office or Factory
- The applicants should have experience in the following areas: CAD (Lectra or Optitex), Costing & Production Marker
- The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Buying Office -Garments (Woven/ Apparel/ Knit)
Additional Job Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
- Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
- Strong presentation and delivery skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
- Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
- IT proficiency – advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
- Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
