Description
- Maintain & preparing all kind of vouchers, bill register.
- Keeping record of all transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers on a regular basis.
- Maintain bill and vouchers of the expenditure.
- Generate various Reports as per Managements Requirement.
- Submitting report to the management weekly.
- Performing troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues
- Contact and schedule repairmen and extra help as needed
- Perform administrative tasks as required
- Monitor & supervise all the utilities issues such as Computer, Printer, air compressor, diesel generator, water -pump, steam boiler, washing machine,
- Computer hardware troubleshooting, printer repairing, Attendance maintenance system configuration security device configuration, etc
Educational Qualification: HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Employment Status: Full-time
