Description

Development of voice revenue and customer acquisition strategy and tactical plans:

  • Development of the voice business outlook for longer horizon with all possible perspectives and prepare plans to grow/protect it;
  • Assess, foresee and continually update voice related challenges and opportunities
  • 360-degree plan to protect and grow voice revenue by exercising all possible levers
  • Development of Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly calendar for tactical plans in order to meet the revenue and sub base targets

Own & anchor GP’s internet business strategy:

  • Set the strategy for internet business (both long term & short term) along with tactical plans to drive revenue & subscriber ambitions, and be responsible for GP’s internet business
  • Build & share long term internet business projections
  • Derive and share forecasts with Finance and Technology to arrive at CAPEX & OPEX numbers
  • Work with Technology for granular network planning (features & rollout) and capacity planning
  • Set up and own customer experience journeys for all internet business related products

Strategy development & Execution for VAS Business:

  • Design strategy aligning with market dynamics & technical up gradation and also as per company’s goals, mission & vision
  • Drive VAS business in GP
  • Identify customer’s needs & ensure adequate flow of quality content & VAS products in the market
  • Ensure proper alignment among entire value chain

Granular performance benchmarking among circles and investment monetization:

  • Ensure right ambition among circles and guide with key focus areas to drive
  • Granular territory benchmarking to ensure right investment allocation
  • Follow up and work with circles to identify areas for investment monetization

Driving revenue through segmented campaigning:

  • Setting up right proposition in different stages of customer lifecycle
  • Guide team to identify new segments to grow
  • Segment wise ARPU uplift drive through proper roadmap
  • Accelerate innovation with analytics

Developing strategies to lead different ends of commercial value chain for both short term and long term:

  • Formulating, articulating, drive and implement
  • Product & pricing strategy for revenue streams
  • Product and price strategy for circles
  • Strategy to drive any new internal change
  • Strategy to implement any industry driven change

Achieve device volume , revenue target , Device P/L:

  • Prepare device strategy in line with GP strategic ambitions, KPIs
  • On board key stake holders with right endorsement and agree target
  • Design campaign, roll out plan as per channels, launch- Express/Mass, GPC/f, Enterprise market, Online Shop
  • Realize effect, P/L analysis and measure target Vs achievement

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Graduate from a reputed University, preferably with an MBA
  • 14+ years’ experience in product management with around 5+ years’ experience in managing a performance-driven team
  • Experience within telecom industry
  • Experience from managing complex, large projects
  • Passionate about and actively engaged in all things Digital, visionary on future market and technology trends

  • Able to work with top leadership teams to table proposals and get them on-board
  • A passion for listening to customers and delivering world-class user experience
