Description

Lead and manage the preparation of project proposals, expression of interests, contract papers, and bidding documents
Attend contract signing and negotiation meetings and provide necessary decisions
Tender Processing: Tender Purchase, Bid meetings, Tender preparation, MOU & Submission.
Explore new opportunities and potential clients in the market, establish and sustain a healthy relationship with recognized professionals and organizations
Prepare, organize and manage contents for project proposals descriptions and maintain a comprehensive documentation process.
Contribute to the development of the contents for marketing activities
Lead and monitor the activities performed by the staff who are reporting to this position.
Provide technical and business development assistance to any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor, preferably in engineering, IT, or social science-related disciplines, MBA would be preferable.

Experience Requirements

At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age 28 to 40 years
Demonstrated experience in preparation of the proposals and contract documents for the projects implemented by the government and international development partners like World Bank, ADB, USAID, etc.
Demonstrated experience in performing a supervisory role in the employer’s business development and documentation processes
will be discussed and negotiated during the interview, the market competitive rate is assured.
Additional Requirement:
3+ years in the same position in the ITES, software industries.
Proficient in English Speaking, Presentation, and Document preparation.
