Description:

Shall be responsible for overall Administration and HR activities of the Factory Complex.
Shall be responsible to coordinate the activities of all other departments of the Factory and take necessary measures accordingly to increase the productivity of the plant.
Develop and implement HR & Administrative policies, recruitment, benefits policy, HR budgeting, salary & OT and compensation of all staff members, develop of arrange training within the company or training institute, performance appraisal of every individual staff.
Execute the plans and policies to comply with the service at the desired level. Monitoring of performance review and provide report with the recommendation.
Responsible to ensure proper safety and security system, department wise overhead budgeting, overtime & expenditure analysis with the cost control and cleaning procedure, personnel attendance procedure,
Ensure proper disciplinary procedure, employee’s orientation and counseling, health & hygiene procedure, House Keeping, Employees work schedule and duty roster, employees salary & OT and compensation management, Vehicle management (Pool Cars, Delivery Cars & Forklift etc.) and canteen operation.
Have knowledge and experience on renewal of different certificates like Factory License, Fire License, Environment certificate, Trade license, etc.
Ensure sourcing and recruitment of personnel at the plant location
Manage the welfare measures at the factory complex, address employee grievances and ensure that the overall morale at the location is of a high order. 1
Network & liaison with external agencies including Govt. authorities, Directorate of Labor, Licensing Authorities, local communities for effective protection and promotion of the Company’s Image, Interests and Business.
Ensure Compliance Management, Regulatory and statutory affairs. Ensure health and hygienic operations in the whole plant. Coordinate and giving full administrative support during Government Authorities or any others visitors visit at factory.
Monitoring factory production activities, warehouse activities (RAW Material & Finish product) Monitoring all type of Scrap Materials for proper maintenance.

Educational Qualification:

Masters degree in any discipline
PGDHRM or MBA in HR is expected.

At least 10 year(s)
