Description

The Candidate need to expertise on Top & Bottom wear (Pants, Jacket, Chino etc.)
You will be responsible to monitor day to day operations of the Industrial Engineering functions of your assigned unit.
Adopt best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better productivity and ensure optimization of resources;
Apply statistical methods to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards and to Plan layout of machines and lines to get the highest productivity.
Monitor the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency;
Analysis of low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify.
Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
Study individual operator’s performance and trained up them.
Coordinate with Sewing Line chief and Line Supervisors for line feeding & related job
Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity.
Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, machine break down report etc.
You have day to day report to Head of IE Department.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
B.Sc in IPE from any reputed institution will get preference

Employment Status: Full-time

Knowledge of IE tools and statistics and their applications;
Leadership Quality with a positive attitude & having the ability to take decision independently.
