Description
- Gather information, stories and pieces from team members throughout the day.
- Add stories and elements that will make TBN24 broadcast more attractive
- Liaise with the production team to maintain TBN24 technical standards high
- Communicate with the studio crew and anchors while on-air
- Ensure broadcast is within time limits
- Produce breaking news reports for TBN24
- Perform research on local, national and international affairs to stay updated with current events

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Bachelor/master’s degree in Journalism/ Media Studies/ Mass Communication/ English/ International Relations from a recognized university. At least 3 years’ relevant experience in News production, preferably in TV journalism for News Producer and onward position.

- Proven work experience as a news producer
- In-depth understanding of the production process
- Solid experience with digital technology
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to proofread and edit pieces
- Passion for Journalism.

- Roaster based duty (3 night shift minimum)
